Steve Mullins
Associate Director
Steve specialises in managing complex industry change programmes in the energy sector that involve coordinating multiple stakeholders and multiple delivery organisations. In the UK this includes managing the successful implementation of Project Nexus; roles on Ofgem's Faster Switching Programme and MHHS and the programme director for the 1998 implementation of retail competition in Scotland. Suzie is an economist who has provided regulatory and pricing policy advice to clients in the gas, water, electricity, post and transport sectors over the last 25 years. She has supported regulators during price control reviews, but more recently advised utilities on their business plan submissions, with a particular focus on environmental action plans, comparative efficiency reviews and policy support on issues relating to the net zero transition.
