Christoph Grafe

Christoph brings over 10 years’ energy sector experience, having worked in industry, for regulators and for advisors. He primary focus is strategy and regulation for networks, energy markets, and the retail sector. His experience spans the UK and EU, the design, management and delivery of transformation programmes, the development and navigation of regulatory frameworks, and influencing policy development.

He is an experienced project manager, addressing decision making at both operational and strategic levels whilst managing stakeholders across internal change programmes and external sector-wide projects.

He has advised on cross-Government initiatives supporting the UK's net zero targets and provided subject matter expertise to UK funded energy development projects in emerging markets.
