Andrew Jones

An economist by background, Andrew specialises in developing project and policy appraisal in line with HM Treasury Green Book and Ofgem methodologies, and helps clients use economic analysis to influence policy debates.  He has also supported Governments in the UK with formal Impact Assessments and Business Case development.

Andrew has worked extensively on helping clients with submissions for Government funding schemes for industrial decarbonisation, including large scale Carbon Capture and Storage projects, providing both strategic support and project management services. 

He has provided assurance to regulated energy and water clients on their price control performance and wider regulatory compliance issues, and has delivered regulatory due diligence support on some of the largest energy sector deals in recent years.
