Andrew has worked extensively on a range of Net Zero-related issues,  including industrial decarbonisation, Carbon Capture and Storage and the future of gas, supporting clients on a range of projects including commercial due diligence, business cases and funding submissions.

An economist by background, he has deep experience in cost-benefit analysis, particularly the application of Green Book methodologies.
