Elisa’s mix of regulatory and consulting experience enables her to consider issues from both perspectives. This has enabled her to develop a strategic framework and action plan to support a utility to rebuild trust with the regulator and to provide another utility with the analysis needed to support them in their regulatory price control open hearings, draft and final determinations. 

She helped a gas sector client develop viewpoints on how its regulation needed to change, given future uncertainties around gas and hydrogen, and where innovative approaches might be appropriate, and produced material to support their discussions, 

She is responsible for our thought leadership programme, which has covered topics such as the future of heat and offshore wind, as well as summaries of key regulatory publications.
